No – we work on all makes of vehicles. Mercedes-Benz is our speciality and we know them inside out, but Toyota, VW, Ford, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and every other make is welcome, from hatchbacks to bakkies and SUVs.

Yes. We scan the car, look at the fault and give you an obligation-free quotation. You only pay if you approve the repair.

Our labour rate is R450 per hour – well below dealer rates – and every quote shows parts and labour separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

R450 for a front set and R350 for a rear set, done in-house on our own lathe. We first measure the discs – if they are below the minimum thickness, skimming is not safe and we will quote new discs instead.

An in-house aircon regas is R450. If the system will not hold a vacuum there is a leak, and we will show you the options before refilling.

Yes. South Africa's Guidelines for Competition in the Automotive Aftermarket allow you to have an in-warranty car serviced and repaired by an independent workshop, as long as the work is done to the manufacturer's specifications with quality parts. We use the correct oils and parts and record the service in your book.

Yes – customer drop-offs are welcome. Drop the car off in the morning, we will WhatsApp you the findings and the quote, and let you know when it is ready to collect.

After diagnosing your car we send an itemised quotation on WhatsApp or email as a PDF, with parts and labour shown separately. We only start once you approve it, and if we find anything else along the way, we contact you first.

Yes. We source genuine and OEM Mercedes-Benz parts by part number and supply and code spare or replacement keys. WhatsApp us your VIN from the licence disc and what you need.

You can pay by EFT, card or cash when you collect the car. You receive a detailed invoice on WhatsApp or email for your records.
